THE PRAGUE ECONOMIC CHAMBER

Section

Specialized sections are places, where members can influence the Chamber activity directly. They can gain information, share experience in the particular branch, but mostly present their opinions and demands for the Chamber.

• Tourism
  Tourism is a key sector of business in Prague. Tourism and tourists affect essentially Prugue’s life. The Tourism section monitors a development of tourism and activly participates in well functioning of the travelling industry.
   
• Traffic
  The Board of Directors of HKP found the Traffic section by an approval of its status on the 9th of June 1999. The section gathers all main companies in Prague that are concerned with traffic in the area of a construction etc.
   
• European Union
  Main goals of the EU section are: the easiest access of Prague’s enterprisers to money from EU structural funds, the most advantageous conditions for Prague and its habitants in the frame of EU, the highest grants for a Czech metropolis.
   
• Collectors
  The Specialized section of collectors was found on the 24th of April 2000 on the base of needs of planning engineers, supliers, entrepreneurs and delegates of administration to find a place where it would be possible to discuss about problems etc.
   
• Small and middle-sized enterprise
  The Specialized section – Small and middle-size enterprise was on the base of needs of etrepreneurs and in 2003 the section decided to care particularly about problems how to gain financial resourses for a development and stabilisation of SME.
   
• Education
  In the frame of the Education section of the Prague Economic Chamber we prepared a unique project for you – “Podnikatelská akademie” (“Business academy”), which includes a supply of educational courses for you and your employees.
